The CWP is organized around a framework of targets and strategies, which are supported by specific actions.

CWP Targets

Targets provide a quantitative representation of desired outcomes for regional water resilience across Los Angeles County by 2045. These Targets provide a metric to track progress implementing the CWP.

CWP Strategies

Strategies describe regional, collaborative approaches to achieving the Targets. Strategies can be implemented through the CWP directly or implemented indirectly through support of other programs that have a shared purpose.
